1. Introduction
Welcome to Flashtix ("Flashtix", "we", "our", or "us").
Flashtix is an online ticket sales and event management platform that enables Event Organizers ("Organizers") to create, manage, promote, and sell tickets for events while allowing customers ("Attendees") to purchase and manage event tickets.
By accessing or using Flashtix, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Service.
2. Definitions
Platform
The Flashtix website, mobile website, APIs, and related services.
Organizer
A business or individual using Flashtix to organize events and sell tickets.
Attendee
A person purchasing or using tickets through Flashtix.
Content
Any text, images, logos, event descriptions, files, videos, or other information uploaded to the Platform.
3. Eligibility
You must:
be at least 18 years old, or
use the Platform under supervision of a legal guardian.
You represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Organizer Responsibilities
Organizers are solely responsible for:
the accuracy of event information
ticket pricing
refunds
event postponement
event cancellation
tax obligations
permits and licenses
compliance with local laws
Flashtix is not the organizer of any event unless explicitly stated.
5. Ticket Purchases
When purchasing tickets:
Prices are determined by the Organizer.
Additional service fees may apply.
Tickets are valid only for the specified event.
Tickets may not be duplicated, altered, or resold where prohibited.
Purchases are considered final unless the Organizer's refund policy states otherwise.
6. Payments
Payments are processed through authorized payment providers.
Flashtix does not store full payment card information.
Processing fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
7. Refunds
Refund policies are established by each Organizer.
Flashtix may facilitate the refund process but is not financially responsible for Organizer refund obligations.
8. Event Changes
Events may be:
rescheduled
relocated
modified
cancelled
Such decisions are made solely by the Organizer.
Flashtix is not liable for travel, accommodation, or other incidental expenses.
9. User Accounts
Users are responsible for:
maintaining password confidentiality
all activities under their account
immediately reporting unauthorized access
10. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
commit fraud
upload malware
interfere with platform security
scrape data
use bots without permission
violate intellectual property
manipulate ticket inventory
abuse promotional codes
11. Intellectual Property
Flashtix owns all intellectual property related to the Platform except Organizer-generated content.
Organizers retain ownership of their event content while granting Flashtix a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute such content for operating the Platform.
12. Availability
We strive to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen outages may temporarily affect availability.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flashtix shall not be liable for:
Organizer actions
cancelled events
lost profits
indirect damages
data loss
third-party services
force majeure events
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Flashtix against claims arising from:
your misuse of the Platform
violation of these Terms
infringement of third-party rights
15. Suspension and Termination
Flashtix may suspend or terminate accounts for:
fraudulent activity
violation of Terms
illegal activities
abuse of the Platform
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before proceeding to the competent courts of Indonesia.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
