Overview
Flashtix is committed to providing a simple and transparent pricing model for Event Organizers. There are no setup fees or hidden charges. Instead, Flashtix earns revenue through a service fee applied to each successfully sold ticket.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the pricing model described below applies to all Organizers using the Platform.
Ticket Service Fee
For every paid ticket sold through Flashtix, a Ticket Service Fee will be charged.
The Ticket Service Fee consists of:
Flashtix Platform Fee
Payment Processing Fee (charged by the payment gateway)
Applicable taxes, where required by law
The exact fee applicable to each transaction will be displayed to the Organizer before publishing the event and to the Buyer during checkout.
Flashtix Platform Fee
Flashtix charges a platform fee for every successful ticket sale.
The platform fee may be calculated using one of the following methods, depending on the Organizer's agreement:
Percentage of the ticket price
Fixed amount per ticket
Combination of percentage and fixed amount
The applicable fee structure will be shown in the Organizer Dashboard before ticket sales begin.
Payment Processing Fee
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
Payment processing fees are determined by the selected payment method and may vary depending on the provider.
These fees are separate from the Flashtix Platform Fee.
Who Pays the Fee?
Organizers may choose one of the following pricing models, subject to availability.
Option 1 – Buyer Pays the Service Fee
The ticket buyer pays the Ticket Service Fee in addition to the ticket price.

The Organizer receives the ticket price minus any agreed deductions.
Option 2 – Organizer Absorbs the Fee
The Organizer chooses to include the service fee within the advertised ticket price.

Free Events
Flashtix may allow Organizers to publish free events without charging a Ticket Service Fee.
Additional premium features may require a subscription or separate agreement.
Complimentary Tickets
Tickets issued free of charge by the Organizer, including complimentary, invitation, or staff tickets, are generally not subject to Ticket Service Fees unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
If a ticket purchase is refunded:
The Organizer's refund policy will apply.
Payment processing fees may be non-refundable.
Flashtix Platform Fees may be retained where permitted by applicable law or payment provider policies.
Taxes
Applicable taxes, including VAT or other government-imposed taxes, may be added where required by law.
Tax calculations will be shown before payment confirmation.
Changes to Fees
Flashtix reserves the right to modify its pricing structure or service fees.
Any changes will not affect transactions completed before the effective date of the new pricing.
Organizers will be notified in advance of any material pricing changes.
Enterprise Agreements
Enterprise customers, strategic partners, or high-volume Organizers may have customized pricing under a separate written agreement.
Such agreements will supersede this Pricing & Ticket Service Fee Policy where applicable.
